RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the House confirm the following nominations by the Speaker to the House Ethics Advisory Panel made in accordance with § 2.1-639.42 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable Bernard S. Cohen, 221 South Alfred Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314, for a term of four years, beginning July 1, 2000, to succeed The Honorable Alson H. Smith, Jr.

Mrs. Phyllis E. Galanti, 21 Maxwell Road, Richmond, Virginia 23226, for a term of four years, beginning July 1, 2000, to succeed Mrs. Frances B. Minor.
