RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by the Speaker of the House of Delegates to the Board of Directors of the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals Authority pursuant to § 23-50.16:5 of the Code of Virginia:

Randall E. Dalton, M.D, 6204 Shelter Cove Pointe, Midlothian, Virginia 23112, for a term of three years beginning July 1, 2000, to succeed Thomas G. Rosenthal.
