RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointments made by the Speaker of the House of Delegates to the State Health Benefits Advisory Council pursuant to § 2.1-20.1:01 of the Code of Virginia:

Anne R. Howard, 9403 Lakeland Drive, Richmond, Virginia 23229, for a term of two years beginning July 1, 2000, to succeed herself; and

Dr. Joseph W. Boatwright, III, P. O. Box 26591, Richmond, Virginia 23261, for a term of two years beginning July 1, 2000, to succeed Barbara Hickey Klear.
