Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. No provision of Title 33.1 of the Code of Virginia or any regulation of the Virginia Department of Transportation shall be construed to prohibit (i) the erection by the Coeburn Improvement Association of a flagpole on the hill adjacent to Morgan McClure Chevrolet within the U. S. Route 58 right-of-way within the Town of Coeburn or (ii) the flying of an extra large American flag from such flagpole.
