VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Article 10 of Chapter 6 of Title 46.2 a section numbered 46.2-749.32, relating to special license plates; members of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. [H 39] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 10 of Chapter 6 of Title 46.2 a section numbered 46.2-749.32 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.32. Special license plates; members of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.

On receipt of an application therefor and written evidence that the applicant is a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to members of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
