Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-746.4:2 as follows:

§ 46.2-746.4:2. Special license plates; U.S. Submarine Force centennial.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates celebrating the U. . Submarine Force centennial.

The provisions of this section shall expire on July 1, 2005.
