Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding any other law including the Appropriations Act, there is hereby appropriated the remaining forty percent of the Master Settlement Agreement after distribution pursuant to § 9-385 and § 32.1-360 as follows:

Commonwealth Transportation Fund for mass transit           20%

Commonwealth Health Care Research Fund                      20%

Comprehensive Health Investment Project                     15%

School Health Incentive Fund                                20%

Virginia Health Care Foundation                             15%

Healthy Families of Virginia                                10%
