Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Prior to final adoption of the sewage handling and disposal regulations (12 VAC 5-610-10 et seq.), which are currently pending, the State Board of Health shall revise such regulations to exclude Planning Districts One and Two.
