Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Supreme Court shall amend Rule 3B:2, the Uniform Fine Schedule, to include offenses under the following sections of the Code of Virginia and assign an appropriate fine for prepayment: §§ 46.2-104, 46.2-329, 46.2-646, 46.2-808, 46.2-833.1, 46.2-835, 46.2-836, and 46.2-910.
