CHAPTER 360 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 22.1-277.02:1, relating to prohibitions against profane or obscene language or conduct. [H 815] Approved April 3, 2000

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 22.1-277.02:1 as follows:

§ 22.1-277.02:1. Profane or obscene language or conduct.

Each school board shall include, in its standards of student conduct, prohibitions against profane or obscene language or conduct.
