CHAPTER 148 An Act to amend and reenact § 46.2-746.9 of the Code of Virginia, relating to special license plates; registered nurses. [H 1457] Approved March 17, 2000

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 46.2-746.9 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 46.2-746.9. Special license plates for certain occupations.

On receipt of an application and written evidence that the applicant is a magistrate, pharmacist, registered nurse, general registrar, or postmaster, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to the applicant.
