CHAPTER 143 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Article 10 of Chapter 6 of Title 46.2 a section numbered 46.2-749.32, relating to special license plates; Class-J No. 611 steam locomotive. [H 1371] Approved March 17, 2000

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 10 of Chapter 6 of Title 46.2 a section numbered 46.2-749.32 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.32. Special license plates; Class-J No. 611 steam locomotive.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special license plates commemorating the Class-J No. 611 steam locomotive.
