CHAPTER 55 An Act to amend and reenact § 6.1-301 of the Code of Virginia, relating to Consumer Finance Act; annual reports to State Corporation Commission. [S 250] Approved March 9, 2000

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 6.1-301 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 6.1-301. Annual reports.

Each licensee shall annually, on or before April 1, file a report with the Commission giving such relevant information as may reasonably be required concerning his business and operations during the preceding calendar year as to each licensed place of business conducted by him within the Commonwealth. Reports shall be made under oath and shall be in the form prescribed by the Commission which shall make and publish annually an analysis and recapitulation of the reports.
