We, the conferees, appointed by the respective bodies to consider and report upon the disagreeing vote on Senate Bill No. 295, report as follows:
A. We recommend that the House Amendments be rejected.
B. We recommend that the engrossed bill be amended as follows to resolve the matter under disagreement.

insert
suspend or revoke any crematory registration or deny any application for such registration, or refuse to issue or renew any such registration, if the Board finds that the applicant or registrant has violated any provision of this chapter or the Board’s regulations.
