(SB262)JOINT CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT
We, the conferees, appointed by the respective bodies to consider and report upon the disagreeing vote on Senate Bill No. 262, report as follows:
A. We recommend that the House Amendments be rejected.
B. We recommend that the engrossed bill be amended as follows to resolve the matters under disagreement.
1. Page 1, line 26, after Commonwealth
insert
The request to the clerk shall be in writing at least ten days prior to trial
and shall clearly state in its heading "Request for Copy of Certificate of Analysis." No such request shall be valid if made before the case has been filed in the court to which the request is made.
